Oregon Bike Builder: Jones Bikes - Worldwide Exposure from Above
Throughout the Autumn of 2015, Southern Oregon Drone worked with Jones Bikes to create a series of short videos that would explain to the world exactly why Jones Bikes are the most comfortable and versatile bikes available. Over the course of 4 full days of riding and filming, and one day of filming in the shop, we were able to acquire enough material to create all of the videos seen here.

Though Jones Bikes is based in the small Southern Oregon town of Talent, Jones Bikes is a world-wide brand and one of the leaders in innovative bike technology, creating such components as the H-Bar and Truss Fork. Videos of these components, as well as the different bike models, will be added to this page as they are finalized.
In the video below, we did our best to give viewers around the world a 6-minute taste of what Jones Bikes are about:

“A friend and customer of mine introduced me to to Michael at Southern Oregon Drone and they both pushed to make this project happen. After seeing another bike video they produced, I was sold. We started shooting in October and took two Jones bikes (a 29 and a Plus) out on four rides, over the course of two months. The result was hours of drone footage as well as video from a DSLR and various GoPro mounts. In addition, Michael was convinced that we needed footage of me explaining what makes these bikes work; so we shot some unscripted QA video that rounded it all out.” – Jeff Jones, in an interview with Bikepacking.com |
